China and Russia: We can't make it to Brussels on Friday

As world powers continue to lose patience with attempting to curb Iran's nuclear program, the six powers –Britain, China, France, Germany, the United States and Russia– will not meet in Brussels on December 18 to discuss consequences on Tehran's nuclear program.
